These are some of my favorite underwear. Very comfortable and smooth fabric. Keeps everything in place and dosen't ride down like most underwear. Perfect for running. Would definately consider getting another pair.

Over the years I've had many jockstraps, and I'm sorry to say most of them didn't do what they're intended for: lifting and comfortably supporting your genitals so you can confidently go about your business in the gym, etc.. Many don't provide much of any lift/support, so your testicles are uncomfortably positioned between your thighs. Then there are the jockstraps that provide the "lift", but the pouch is usually very small and you feel like your package is being smashed! Ergowear's Gym jockstrap is, by far, my favorite. The superior fabric and generous pouch design stretches to comfortably accommodate even the well endowed guy- ..and lifts your package away from your thighs. Most importantly, these are very well made and will last for years- as opposed to other manufacturers jocks where stitching starts pulling apart after just 1-2 washings (I'm looking at you McKillop!)

Best of all, like all of Ergowear's MAX style underwear pouches, the pouch can easily accommodate even the largest-endowed guys- comfortably and effectively lifting your manhood from between your thighs. (Yes- WildmanT "Big Boy" underwear may have larger pouches, but their design doesn't lift the "goods" to prevent you from smashing/sitting on them!)
I wear these under bike shorts - they work great and the pouch feels roomy and comfortable.
