I love your X4D MIDCUT boxers. I love them so much that I ordered the royal blue pair twice. Not because I wanted 2 pair, but because my first order was incorrect. I ordered the royal blue and another color. Unfortunately the royal blue pair was left out of my order so I only received the other pair. After some back and forth with customer service over a refund which I never received, I reordered them through a different website that carries your brand. So I ordered them twice but only received one pair. So to sum up my review: the product is great but your customer service SUCKS.

I love the dark green color and the modal fabric is great, though not quite a great as the 'Suave' fabric that unfortunately seems to be being phased out. Still, a very nice boxer!
