I‘ve got the X4D/thong style in black. Compared to my undies the thong is a bit small. The leg width of the outer shorts however is a bit too much. But yes, they are okay gym shorts.

Its a possibility you have hit the perfect briefs for our hot Queensland summers the waist / hip bane is perfect leg length ideal I think if U wear S you might need M but as for looking after the family jewels you cant fault
