I’m a long time ergowear customer and I have to say that they continue to out do themselves. These are the most comfortable underwear that I have ever worn. The best pouch yet, with a back that fits perfectly. I love the waist band thickness. Thanks to everyone at ergowear!!! So darn comfortable. It’s not to be believed. But, you will once you try. The thongs and every SLK style are superb, as well. Unbelievable! Try them. You won’t be disappointed

There's no disputing that the entire Ergo Wear line is very well made and crafted; great materials used in production. The only issue I tend to have is that some styles of brief/boxers fit a little differently and require a bit of size tweaking. I normally run between a M to L. In the case of the Max XV, I opted to try the M - looks great but I may step up next time to as L, not for the waist but the pouch. Note, I wasn't familiar with the fit of the XV, so it was a bit of a blind buy.

Only minor issue for me in the pouch style here, it fits a bit too shallow at the lower end and Gaga and the boys, could use a bit more depth there. Not terrible but, just a bit too restrictive.

So my little monster says thumbs up but, choose wisely on your fit preference.

They run far too large, the sewing in the pouch area was uneven, and the customer service over these issues has been beyond lame :unamused:

They straight up won’t replace them with the appropriate size and with a pair that has been sewn evenly.

For the the first time ever, Ergowear customer service has shown a more than unreasonable side.

They never informed or warned anyone that these underwear run a size larger than the normal size, and they are not willing to send a size smaller to make up for the too large size sent !

This shows a very distinct,
shallow, and unhelpful aspect to the customer service from Ergowear !

Do not trust their customer service.
